While based in Edinburgh, I write about how the production, consumption and appeal of food and beverages affects individuals all over the world.
I’m a freelance food writer who has by-lines in several publications both in the United Kingdom and the United States including Delicious Magazine, Pellicle, Daily Meal, and Mashed. I am also a member of The Guild of Food Writers' committee.
While focused on features, I offer marketing, copywriting, editing and general communications services for a variety of clients, both in the food world and outside of it.
